I looked at the Wikipedia page you linked to...
I got a kick out of all the names Native Americans gave to full moons.
In January, it's a wolf moon,
In June, it's a strawberry moon...
For some reason I found it amusing that August's full moon is called a "Sturgeon Moon". Sounds like the name of a soap opera character.
And I loved that December's full moon is just called a "Cold Moon."
Like the indians were tired of thinking of names by then:

RunningTurtle: "So, SmellsLikeBear, we've given names to all the full moons except one... what should we call the December full moon?"

SmellsLikeBear: "It's t-t-t-too c-c-cold to think of any other n-n-names. Just c-c-call it a Cold Moon and get the hell back over here so we can light a bonfire and t-t-try to ward off hypothermia."

RunningTurtle. "Fine. I'm changing your name to 'ShiversLikeWuss."
